HOLIDAY SHIPPING:

To receive your order by 12/24, please reference the following shipping cutoff times:

Standard 3-Day Shipping – orders must be placed by Monday 12/20 at 10am EST

2-Day Shipping – orders must be placed by Tuesday 12/21 at 10am EST

1-Day Shipping – orders must be placed by Wednesday 12/22 at 10am EST

ORDER STATUS:

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. DAMAGED PRODUCTS:

If damage occurs to your product during shipment, contact us at 407-683-0289. Please provide your order number and email address. Only online purchases from ezystorehub.com are accepted for returns. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days, you will receive the credit within a 3-7 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays.
